This
year we have some great changes and
upgraded features to the spas, including a new standard Master Massage
jet on the Super Custom Fallsburg, Super Custom Lakeshore, Lakeshore
Paramount and Fallsburg Paramount. The Fallsburg has more of the
large
rotating jets and a new footwell in the lounge. 73 jets
In the Paramount series we have a new model called the
"Timberlake". It also comes in SE and SC versions.
A new Series of spas "Eclipse" that fit in a category between the
Provence and the Vista models. These are strong spas with
traditional
features and wonderful turbo air.
The Provence series have been upgraded to 19 jets and 3 HP
two speed 56 frame (except the Freeport).
We have added wonderful Turbo
AIR, with a full 1.5 HP air pump, as standard with our air injected
spas
medium size Vista up to Paramount. The new air pump moves more
air with less electricity.
We have a
few new luxury options on the
lighting. We now have fiber optic lighted Jets as well as the standard
fiber optic lenses. All of the Paramount models can be ordered with FO
jets! New this year are LED lighting options.
The New DAIT
Level 3 system is standard on the Vista and Paramount models with a
special summer cool mode. The
Super
Custom Fallsburg and the Super Custom Lakeshore now has the new 6.7 HP
Ultimate pumps, with solid state
switching and a new motor frame cooling fans.
Most
all of the slight increases in prices for
this year come from many added upgrades and features that customers are
already ordering or adding to a standard spa, increase in raw materials
costs (big this year),
and an increase in shipping costs mostly because of fuel prices ($2.20
for Diesel fuel!!).
The purchasers of many models have nearly all purchased those
options, so we are making them standard. The Vista series now
included the DAIT, Dynamic Automatic Insulation Technology in level 3
and the Paramount offers the more sophistocated DAIT Level 3+ with more
sensor/switches.
The greatest news is the new SE models.
We have taken two of the main design features of the Super Custom
Fallsburg and built that into several models. The resuts of
the SE is
lower electric consumption, even quieter operation and much longer
equipment life.

Many
of the Vista models have been upgraded to the 100 Sq Ft.
This makes the Vista a "super high end" product compared to the
competitors, so called, "standard high end" models. If you wish to
compare our spas to other
brands, the Vista are similar to the competitions highest end spas, but
Vista's have better therapy, better energy efficeincy, better quality
equipment and much better plumbing designs. (If you are looking
at a
Sundance Cameo, D1 Chairman, LA Heet or any competitve product, then
you will much prefer the Haven Fallriver gold or the Meadowbrook Gold
Vista.)
We have a new "Color Glo Light", a multi-colored light that fits
in
standard light sockets, it rotates colors and emulates the effects
of fiber optics in a single light. It now comes
the latest 24 light model and you can add as many as 6 other light
fixtures all working together.
We have a series of TV's with VCR or DVD. The newest is the 17.1
inch TV screen for the Paramount series. I think you'll
appreciate the new lower prices on the TV's!
We also have a new speaker option available on the Paramount series,
these are 6x9 rectangular with a great audio range from 20 HZ to 20,000
HZ and an "in cabinet" sub woofer on the large 92" spas. I have
the regular 5 inch dual cone and I love those, because
the sound is great; but the new sound system "rocks".
We have a new TV with 10.8 inch screen for the Shorewood Silver
and Gold!
Many of the Vista series are now available with the optional CD/AM FM
four speaker sound system and Fiber optic lights.
We have three new models
for 2004, The Freeport is changed,
the Moonbay, is a great new model, and the Cascade II. In the Provence
we have a new Bayriver model.
We have updated the pricelist to show more informational links that
answers some regular questions.
