We greatly appreciate anyone visiting our web site, and want all to know how we treat any information we may gather. We respect your privacy.

At present we do not gather any information about our customers or visitors to our web site. The site is mostly a digital catalog with no online order forms, information gathering forms or surveys. When we receive emails, we do not share any of that information with any business or trade/sell any mail lists with anyone. If the email contains possible consumer safety issues, we may send that on to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission or to The National Spa and Pool Institute.

If you have agreed to be on a customer referral list, you may request that your name be removed at any time. We try to update the list and make it current to your wishes.

We do not participate in any of the "spam" or direct mass email to anyone.

At some time in the future you may be able to be added to our online monthly newsletter for spa shoppers, spa owners, or anyone with an interest in spas and hot tubs. You must sign up for any newsletter.

If you sign up to receive automatic email notifications on our message board, you can simply click on the "subscribe/unsubscribe" link at the top and remove your email from the list. The message board software is automatic.
