This is what is known as the "six-jet seat". It is six cyclone jets and it feels just wonderful. Each jet is adjustable for deflection, rotation, and intensity. As in nearly all of our Haven spa seats, there are the nine hole air injectors. We feel that a spa without air injectors is just a "hot tub".

There are 13 jets involved in this seat, including two above water fully adjustable neck jets, two cyclone ( one pulsator, one cyclone) adjustable jets two medium adjustable spinner jets, two medium sized adjustable jets, and three air jets with two directly on your back. There are also two bullet style wrist jets ( great for repetative work stress) The seat is designed to cradle your body in a comfortable position, so when the jets are on full, you do not have to grasp at spa parts to keep from being ejected from the seat.
The seat arm rests work as a holding fixture to keep you comfortably in place. The jet recesses allow full therapy without protruding into your back. The seat is quite comfortable. The two above water neck/shoulder jets are the icing on the cake. Having the fully adjustable jets aligned and aimed slightly downward on your small neck muscles is just great! The two cyclone jets are the most innovative jets around. Not only are they fully adjustable for pressure and the amount of swirling action can be adjusted to suit your needs, but you can exchange them for other styles of jets. Because of the power in our spas, the jets can be adjusted to lower or raise the pressure on different parts of your body and they can be intensified for the lower, lumbar area. Like all of our spas you can customize the pressure exactly how you want it. ( I love this seat!)
The lounge seat is well designed and even has an arm rest that also gives you something to hold on to while the jets are on and while moving from the lounge to other seats. This seat has a head cushion that is firmly attached to the shell. There are 19 jets involved in this seat, six air and 13 water. This includes two fully adjustable cyclone/pulsator jets, one mid-sized adjustable jet, two mid sized adjustable spinning jets in the mid shoulder area, two adjustable foot jets, six leg water jets. and six air jets. The four air jets in the leg recesses are just fantastic for your legs, when mixed with the six water jets. There are plenty of air jets throughout the spa to gently pulsate up your back, and on your legs. the lounge has elevated legs, helping to keep you from floating. By not laying your torso back too far, and elevating your legs, the floatation is minimized. Notice the three full sized adjustable foot jets in the foot jet carousel.
There is also a large flat area in the front of this spa where you can place drinks, put the cooler, and the whole spa has flat surfaces to place drinks. We always recommend taking water with you, because spas will dehydrate you.
This photo shows the light, the hand rail, and the temperature sensor in the wall of the Glenwood Gold spa. You can also see the air controls and a glimps of the topside control for the jets . All of our spas feature the temperature sensor in the spa vessel, this is much prefered to having it in the equipment or in a plumbing fixture. In cold weather, the pump and heater can cycle too often if the sensor is not in the wall of the seating area. The light position, illuminates the entire inside of the spa very well, and it is extremely easy to replace the bulb. It comes with two colored lense over lays that can change to color and the mood of the light. You can also purchase other colors later if you so desire. Since the Gold models use the Deluxe control system the light and the air pump are two intensities.
